The restaurant is the brain child of internationally recognised chef Eneko Atxa, who hails from Basque Country. He is very passionate about creating new things, and such are his skills that they’re unfathomable in words.
Azurmendi is a child of modern architecture and sustainability coming together. The restaurant has photovoltaic solar panels and also features a geothermic system installed for the electricity consumption of the restaurant. It also harvests rain water which is used in many operations.

The menu is elaborate, and although it’s a high end restaurant, the price is worth it! The restaurant is also vegetarian and vegan friendly which means everyone gets to enjoy a hearty meal.
